Are mats allowed outside my camper?2020-01-14T16:12:23+00:00

Yes, they are allowed on the east side of the campground, as well as anywhere on the west side that does not entail putting your mat down on grass.  In the growing season, mats deprive the grass of sunlight and oxygen, which results in dead spots wherever the mat was laying.  We have very nice grass in most spots on our west side and we want to keep it that way for all of our guests.  Please refrain from putting a mat down on grass.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

How often will I see Yogi?2019-12-19T17:03:15+00:00

Well, that depends on the time of year!

During the peak season of Memorial Day through the start of school, he will be around a couple of times of day during the week and 3 times on weekends!

During the shoulder seasons…..Early May, September, October, etc. he will be around at least once a day and twice on the weekends.

Now, these are just general guidelines……sometimes he feels like coming out even more and you will see him several times a day!

If you just can’t get enough Yogi, be sure and talk to one of the staff about having him appear at your birthday party, or having him come tuck the kids in at night or wake them up in the morning!

Remember……Yogi isn’t the only bear that lives around here!  Keep an eye out for Boo Boo as well, and maybe even Cindy Bear on occasion!

Can people come visit me from outside the Park?2019-12-19T16:52:58+00:00

Sure!  We love when people come check out our park.

However, there are a couple of things to remember.

First, all guests must stop and the Ranger Station and register with us.  That is extremely important for several reasons.

Second, all guests will be charged $10 for a day pass.  If they show up after 5:00, then they will only be charged $5.

If guests are seen at your site that have not stopped in to register, they will be charged to your site.

We very much appreciate your cooperation in this matter.  If is safest and best for everyone.

Do you have Cable TV?2019-12-19T16:48:05+00:00

No, we do not have cable TV.

We have focused our efforts on WiFi instead.  There is ample internet service here for you to stream your favorite internet TV services.

If you have an over-the-air antenna, you should be able to pick up 15-20 TV stations.

If you have your own satellite receiver, there are many places in the park where you will be able to get a great signal…..primarily on the West Side.

Please remember that our WiFi is a service provided by an outside vendor.  Although it has proven to be very reliable, there are times when the service is unavailable.  This can be as a result of a storm, routine maintenance, etc., etc.   We are always trying to improve the quality and reliability of our WiFi…..and have one of the highest customer satisfaction score for WiFi service in the entire franchise………but we don’t want you to be upset if there is a temporary outage!

Do you have a tornado/severe storm shelter?2019-12-16T18:19:44+00:00

We do not.

There are places that we encourage our guests to gather in the event of severe weather, but we do not have a certified storm shelter.

How far are you from Branson?2019-12-19T16:26:54+00:00

This is a tough question to answer since Branson is so spread out!

We are a little less than 1/2 hour from the farthest attraction, which is Silver Dollar City.

We are only about 10 minutes from the closest attraction, which is the Branson Landing.

However, our location offers a unique opportunity!  You can leave here and circle around the town of Branson until you get close to where you want to go…..and then head straight to your destination.  This method can help you avoid getting stuck in the traffic that can sometimes plagues the area and can save you lots of time!

Are golf carts allowed at Branson’s Jellystone Park?2019-12-16T18:09:19+00:00

No, golf carts are not allowed at Branson’s Jellystone Park.   However, our park is not too big to be able to walk around easily.

How many vehicles can I bring? Is there a charge for extra vehicles?2019-12-16T17:59:11+00:00

All campsites and BooBoo Cabins are allowed 1 passenger vehicle.  (Pickup, car, etc.  Motor homes do not count towards the total.)

All other cabins, besides the Ranger House, are allowed 2 passenger vehicles.

The Ranger House is allowed 3 passenger vehicles.

Vehicles in addition to these limits will be charged at a rate of $5 per day.

 

How many people may I have at my campsite?2019-12-19T16:31:05+00:00

Each reservation includes the first 4 people.  Every person over the age of 3 is an additional $5 per person, per day.

The total number of people you may have at your campsite is 8.

The BooBoo Cabins maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

The Cindy Cottages maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

The Yogi Cottage maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

The Yogi Hideaway maximum occupancy is 8 persons.

The Ranger House maximum occupancy is 14 persons.

 

Can I reserve my favorite campsite?2019-12-10T17:13:03+00:00

Yes, you can reserve your favorite with a $10 site-locking fee.

This is the only way to guarantee that you get the exact site that you want.

You will always be given a site that meets your requirements, but the only way to guarantee any specific site is with the site-locking fee.

Can I bring my own firewood?2019-12-04T14:52:07+00:00

We follow the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (“DNR”) recommendations for firewood and ask that you do not bring firewood onto our property. Please help us control the spread of the emerald ash borer. You are the best weapon we have against this exotic beetle that has already killed 25 million ash trees in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. For your convenience, the Ranger Station store has wood bundles available for purchase.

Can I get a refund?2020-06-26T21:25:51+00:00

If you cancel a cabin or campsite reservation more than 2 weeks prior to arrival, we can refund your money less a $15 processing fee. If you cancel closer to your arrival than what is stated above – NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.
Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine at Branson’s Jellystone Park!

What are check-in and check-out times?2019-12-10T17:03:04+00:00

Check in is anytime AFTER 3:00 P.M.

Check-out is anytime BEFORE 11:00 A.M.

In some cases, early check-ins and late check-outs are available.

Are pets allowed at Branson’s Jellystone Park?2019-12-19T16:35:37+00:00

Pets are welcome as long as they are leashed and supervised.

Excessive barking may result in a request to remove the pet from the campground. As a courtesy to everyone, please clean up after your pets.

Pets are NOT allowed in any buildings except for a select few cabins.

Pets that are brought to pet-friendly cabins will be charged to your site at a rate of $10, per pet, per night….with a maximum of 2 pets.

There is no charge for pets that you bring with you and that stay in your camper with you.

Yes, enjoy our unlimited free WiFi.
